The Devoxx Morocco conference is organized by the company xHub. xHub is a limited liability company with a capital of 100,000 MAD, located at Boulevard Dammam, Technopark, Casablanca, Morocco.
All content and events produced by xHub, including ticket sales and participation in the Devoxx Morocco conference, are subject to the General Terms and Conditions. The purchase of a speaker ticket at Devoxx Morocco implies acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Participation in Devoxx Morocco, whether as a speaker or a simple auditor, even free of charge, implies acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Participation.
The following general terms and conditions govern all transactions established on the xHUB web catalog. Any order placed on this site implies unconditional and irrevocable acceptance by the customer of these conditions.
The information published on the websites www.devoxx.ma and cfp.devoxx.ma is subject to the smooth running of the entire conference and the absence of last-minute adjustments. In the event that the program is modified, the organizer will do everything possible to inform the speakers.
The rates are indicated excluding VAT (Moroccan VAT of 20% applies) for companies.
Your registration is firm and final. However, you can transfer your badge to another person by contacting us via aloha@devoxx.ma to modify the contact details of the registered person.
No refunds or credit notes will be issued. Failure to present a speaker does not constitute a cause for reimbursement or cancellation.
The information requested from you is necessary for the processing of your order and is treated confidentially. Exhibitors at Devoxx Morocco have the right to access the customer file for a period of 12 months from the closing date of the conference.
Your participation in Devoxx Morocco implies acceptance of this principle. However, a right to unsubscribe must be offered by our exhibitors.
You may receive newsletters from xHUB unless you have stated that you do not want your personal data to be used for its purposes.
The data recorded by Maroc Telecommerce S.A on the MarocTelecommerce platform on behalf of xHUB constitute proof of all commercial transactions between you and xHUB.
Participation in Devoxx Morocco is possible as soon as your payment has been received. The wearing of an identification badge is mandatory to access the Conference area, as well as the Exhibition area. Anyone without a badge will be denied access to the Conference. In case of too many people and for security reasons, the organizer reserves the right to forbid access to conference rooms. The rules of procedure of the Conference area apply without reservation to all participants (smoking banned in the areas).
The organizer reserves the right to exclude definitively any person, without this giving rise to a refund, whose behavior or attitude is deemed unacceptable.
Devoxx Morocco is organized in an open mind that allows everyone to participate. The organizer is vigilant about the smooth running of the conference. Speakers are informed that their presentations should not shock and respect all participants. Any breach of convenience or any event likely to disrupt the conference can be reported immediately to the organizer present on the site or by email to aloha@devoxx.ma.
The Right to the Image
When you participate in Devoxx Morocco as a participant, speaker, or lecturer, you agree to be filmed or photographed. As a speaker, you may be photographed in groups or crowds.
However, Moroccan law provides that beyond a certain number of people in a photo, your right to an image cannot be invoked.
As a speaker/participant, you agree to have your presentation filmed and recorded. You agree to use only content that is free of rights or for which you have purchased the necessary licenses (images, music). You agree that your presentation may be posted free of charge on Youtube.com.
xHub is only liable for the performance of its obligations insofar as no event of force majeure hinders them.
