When a critical bug occurs in production it can be stressful for all the teams involved, and chaos can occur if not handled properly.
So how should we handle these situations? In this talk I aim to share some best practices to manage a crisis in IT (inspired from SRE workbook by Google as well as from my personal experience), this includes:

• Having clear responsibilities
• Importance of communicating properly in situations of chaos
• Preparing teams to face these kind of situations

This talk is mostly about how to have a well prepared and organized team to face these situations.
What this talk is NOT about: observability, monitoring, tooling
