Sanaa is a product manager at a mobility company pursuing a mission of improving transportation in Morocco & Africa.
In her product management journey, she serves customers through innovation and continuous improvement.
As a product manager, Sanaa understands user needs, defines product requirements, and measures success. Her goal is to build products and experiences that truly solve customers' problems and exceed their expectations.
She thrives in fast-paced environments that empower product experimentation and a customer-first mentality.
On the side, Sanaa is building her own branding studio. Her vision consists of empowering brands in MEA to create lasting impact by helping them make a deep and purposeful connection with their audience through branding.
A more agile and iterative approach is needed where we ship early and often, get feedback, then make improvements and ship again. Only by getting our products into the hands of real users and learning rapidly can we build solutions that truly meet their needs.
This is what I call the "Product Mindset" - a culture of continuous improvement through rapid experimentation and frequent releases. Rather than big, infrequent launches, we embrace shipping small but useful increments regularly. We strive to "delight" rather than just "satisfy" our customers.
In this talk, I'll discuss:
- Why iterating rapidly and shipping frequently is critical for success
- How to establish processes that enable an agile product approach
- Ways to measure what matters most to determine the right direction
- Strategies for creating an experimentation culture within teams
- The impact a product mindset shift can have on the organization
