Fast feedback cycles are an imperative development practice. Good developers want fast feedback on the code they've changed and would rather catch bugs during an automated test than from a production incident. This talk aims to highlight key methodologies developers at LMAX have built and help other developers to implement similar techniques into their own work, as well as make it a continuous practice in their own work.
There is no failure. Only feedback.
