Many teens feel coding and tech are hard to approach or isolating. This talk shares how creating welcoming, supportive communities helps young people gain confidence, enjoy learning, and build real projects. Drawing from my experience leading Hack Club Casablanca, attendees will learn practical ways to create spaces where teens can experiment, fail, and succeed together. Walk away with ideas to make tech more accessible and enjoyable for all ages.
